Important information about First North

Nasdaq First North (“First North”) is an alternative market operated jointly by the Nordic exchanges within NASDAQ.

Companies whose shares are traded on First North are not required to follow the same rules as companies whose shares are traded on the regulated main market; instead they use a less extensive rulebook than the main market, which is adapted for smaller growth companies.

An investment in a company whose shares are traded on First North may therefore carry more risk than an investment in a company whose shares are traded on a regulated market. All companies whose shares are traded on First North have a Certified Adviser to ensure they comply with all requirements and rules for disclosure of information to the market and investors.

A Certified Adviser monitors the company whose shares will be listed for trading on First North, and NASDAQ approves such an application for listing.
