Business model and value chain

Polygiene has a unique value chain and business model closely linked to the company’s main customers – that is, companies that represent major clothing and equipment brands.

The business model is based on both the sale of odor control functionality to customers and a comprehensive solution that includes a communication and information package for retail stores and consumers, training of customer salespeople, continuous customer support, management of hardware in the form of application of the odor control solution at the respective customer’s textile supplier, all the administration involved in these services, including quality assurance, quality control and follow-up. This business model, which involves close cooperation among Polygiene, Company agents, distributors, and brand partners and their suppliers, has been carefully established, tested and developed over the years. It therefore is, and will be, difficult for competitors to copy. Polygiene supplies high value to its brand partners, which enables the Company to secure good margins.
